Let us introduce you to the rest of our family

Yes, our pets are like our children.  We praise them when they are good, we punish them when they are bad.  We teach them the things we want them to do, and then enjoy the fruits of our labor.  Our pets are our children, at least until God blesses us with some.

Lukey - Born 1998

Luckey has been a guardian angel to me.  Since we got him, he has been a constant companion to Dan and Donna throughout his adult life.  He has been certified as a Service Companion Dog to Manic-Depressives.

Samantha, born in 2005

Samantha was found on the road in Kentucky, not far from the State Line and brought into our home.  When she came home with us, the fear she had was beyond belief and we knew she has been abused.  Since coming into our home, she is proving to be a great asset and is adjusting well.

Donna is Holding Rusty Bucket

Born in 2004, and having a pedigree, Rusty came into our home by some friends who bought him and then when they realised the care they required, they were not able to provide.  They gave him to us when he was sick, but look at him now!  He is a healthy dog who loves to have his belly scratched.  He livens up the house with his play.  He is also camera shy which is why Donna is holding him.

Luckey Says

"Do you remember where I buried that bone?"

Samantha on Patrol

Sammy loves her work, and here she is, making her trek between the front door and the warehouse.

'i dare you to come out!"

Sammy is like the Roach Motel, she will let you in, but you won't get out.  Except maybe in handcuffs.
